Welcome to Furierre’s website terms and conditions. By placing an order with us, you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy.

If you are unsure about anything, please contact us at furierre@gmail.com before placing your order.

Our office hours are 9am – 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday. We aim to respond to all email enquiries within 48 hours (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). Orders placed on weekends for in-stock items will be sent out on the next working day.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Any changes will apply to all orders received and to your continued use of the Furierre website, which constitutes your agreement to and acceptance of such changes.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we use your information. By using the site, you consent to our Privacy Policy and confirm that any data you provide is accurate.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England, and all disputes will be settled in the English court system.

1. Information

1.1 When placing an order, we will request your name, phone number, billing address, delivery address, and payment details.
1.2 This data enables us to fulfil your order efficiently and send marketing communications if you opt in.
1.3 Your information also helps us prevent and detect fraudulent transactions.
1.4 If we notice inconsistencies (e.g. mismatched billing and shipping addresses, IP discrepancies), we may require additional verification to confirm that the cardholder is placing the order.
1.5 We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity.

2. Terms of Sale

2.1 By placing an order on our website, you agree to Furierre’s current Terms and Conditions.
2.2 You confirm that the information provided is accurate, that you are the owner of the payment method used, and that sufficient funds are available.
2.3 Please allow one working day for us to process your order. For pre-order items, delivery times may vary – check the product page. Production generally takes 7–12 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
2.4 Some ready-to-buy items can be shipped immediately, subject to stock. Contact us at furierre@gmail.com if you need delivery by a specific date.
2.5 You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received, and a separate email with tracking details once it is dispatched.
2.6 Furierre is not responsible for lost parcels or issues not reported within 72 hours of delivery. All delivery-related claims must be directed to the courier service.
2.7 We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
2.8 Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively after an order is placed.
2.9 Customers are responsible for ensuring all order information is accurate. Furierre is not liable for issues arising from incorrect details provided.

3. Prices

3.1 Product prices exclude delivery, taxes, and duties unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders remain unaffected.
3.3 Prices include UK VAT.

3.4 International customers are responsible for paying any import duties.

4. Payment

4.1 Orders must be paid using debit or credit cards available at checkout.
4.2 International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes on shipments.

5. Force Majeure

5.1 Furierre is not liable for delays due to events outside of our control, including (but not limited to) acts of God, strikes, or accidents.

6. Returns / Exchanges

6.1 Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original packaging and tags within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
6.2 UK customers must pay for return shipping. International customers are not eligible for exchanges — they must request a refund and place a new order.
6.3 Notify us at furierre@gmail.com within 14 days to initiate a return. Items returned outside this period will be sent back to the customer and a handling fee may be charged. International returns must be marked as 'Return' to avoid delays or charges.
6.4 Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of your refund status. Please allow 7–10 working days for refunds to be processed.
6.5 Returned items are the customer’s responsibility. Items that are damaged, worn, or returned in poor condition will not be refunded.
6.6 Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
6.7 Custom orders (custom sizing, sleeve length, colours) are non-refundable. Please refer to the size chart before ordering.
6.8 Custom items may take up to 6 weeks to produce and deliver.
6.9 Custom orders are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
6.10 All custom orders are non-cancellable once purchased.

7. Faulty Items

7.1 All garments are thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch.
7.2 If you believe your item is faulty, contact us at furierre@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
7.3 If a fault is confirmed, we will offer an exchange, replacement, credit note, or refund.
7.4 We reserve the right to reject returns of faulty items that have been worn or are not in original condition. Wear and tear or sample

sale items are not considered faulty.

8. Discount Codes & Offers

8.1 Items purchased with a discount code or in a sale are non-returnable.
8.2 Discount codes cannot be used with other offers and are only valid for the specified time period.
8.3 Codes exclude sale items and the Autumn collection. Orders using codes on excluded items may be cancelled.
8.4 Discount codes are only valid during the promotional period and cannot be extended.
8.5 Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
8.6 Discount codes are not valid on exchange orders.

9. Bespoke / Custom Items

9.1 Bespoke/custom items include but are not limited to: custom sizing, specific sleeve lengths, and custom colours. These must be confirmed in writing via furierre@gmail.com.
9.2 Due to their bespoke nature, custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Contact us before ordering for sizing, colour, or fabric advice.

 

10. Sale Items

10.1 Discount codes cannot be applied to sample sale items.
10.2 Sample sale items may show minor imperfections due to prior use (e.g. during a photoshoot). These are not considered faults. By purchasing, the customer accepts these terms.

11. International Delivery & Returns

11.1 International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Worldwide and typically take 3–4 working days after dispatch.
11.2 Customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes. Furierre will not pay customs charges for returned items.
11.3 Furierre is not responsible for customs delays.
11.4 If duties or customs fees are incurred on return shipments, they will be deducted from the refund. If a parcel is returned due to customs non-compliance, the customer will be liable for all associated charges.

 

12. Lost Parcels

12.1 Furierre is not liable for lost or missing parcels once marked as delivered. Customers are responsible for tracking and following up with the courier.
12.2 If a parcel is returned to us due to delivery issues, reshipping costs will apply.
